Spay/Neuter Programs

The following groups offer low-cost spay/neuter options.  Groups with low-cost certificate programs offer financial assistance to qualified applications through participating vets.  An application and list of participating vets is available on many of the group’s websites.  It is strongly advised that you contact the veterinarian in advance of requesting the certificates to inquire about restrictions.  For example, some veterinarians will not handle feral cats or have mandatory requirements and fees for services such as examinations, vaccinations, etc.
