![]() The Pennsylvania SPCA is dedicated to rescuing animals from abuse and neglect, providing lifesaving care and treatment, guaranteeing a home for every adoptable animal, and reducing pet-overpopulation through low-cost spay-and-neuter clinics and public awareness initiatives. Through these efforts, we prevent cruelty towards animals and promote respect for their welfare, thus enhancing the lives of people and their companion animals throughout the state of Pennsylvania. |

The Spayed Club is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to solving dog and cat overpopulation in the Greater Philadelphia area and beyond. Through education and a unique, low-cost spay/neuter program, The Spayed Club works today to prevent tomorrow's unwanted litters from being born. As of 2007, The Spayed Club has provided funding to support the neutering and spaying of more than 40,000 animals, including supporting low-cost feral cat clinics.

![]() Green Street Rescue (GSR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in Center City focusing on rescuing stray and feral cats. In addition to our adoption services, Green Street Rescue trains and provides resources for trap-neuter-return. Green Street Rescue is not a shelter, but a network and rescue service helping to trap cats and have them vetted, spayed or neutered. After which, unloved and abandoned cats are matched with FURever homes with open doors and warm hearts. |

| City Kitties is a no-kill rescue group rescuing stray cats and kittens from the streets of West Philadelphia, gives them proper veterinary and behavioral care, and adopting them out to happy new homes. When possible, City Kitties assists with TRNM (trap, neuter, return) of feral (wild) cats in the West Philadelphia area. City Kitties is pending 501c3 nonprofit status. | |||
Feline Pipeline, a program of the Animal Rescue Network, is dedicated to helping stray and feral cats, in the Northwest Philadelphia neighborhoods of Mt. Airy, Germantown, and Chestnut Hill. |

Project M.E.O.W. Our mission is to r educe the number of stray and feral cats living on the streets of West Philadelphia by implementing Trap/Neuter and Release (TRNM) programs in targeted areas of West Philadelphia and by providing technical assistance to residents who need help managing feral and stray cats in our communities. We believe stray and feral cats have the right to live safely in our neighborhoods and work to bring the community together to provide compassionate care and understanding for our stray and feral friends. |
